Because it truly "does take a village" to ensure that "no child will be left behind" the U.S. Department of Education, under the Bush Administration, is collaborating with faith-based and community organizations to ensure that every child gets a high quality education. Under the No Child Left Behind Act, signed into law in 2002, qualified faith-based and community organizations are eligible to receive federal funds to meet the tremendous need to provide extra academic help for disadvantaged students.
